We look at a growing pollution problem in one of our most beloved National Parks on today’s Charlotte Talks with Mike Collins. The Great Smoky Mountains are under attack by acid rain and other pollutants. There is an important and landmark lawsuit regarding this pollution that could change the landscape of state’s rights. At issue is where the pollution is coming from and who may be making it. We’ll look at the lawsuit and on the growing crisis in the Great Smoky Mountains.
