A Researcher at UNC Charlotte has found evidence to suggest that we may be genetically wired to be lazy or not. We’ll talk about the influence this research may have on those people who get no enjoyment out of exercise, or just can’t make themselves get off that couch. We’ll also explore some of the possible applications of this research.

  1. I have anecdotal evidence to support the less food/more active theory. I went on the South Beach diet and had trouble getting to sleep at night because I had so much energy. I would clean house until midnight or go grocery shopping at 11:00 pm.
