What’s the outlook for Supreme Court appointments? Who’s ready to retire? Who are the good candidates?
Do you see the Supreme Court blocking recovery legislation. Do we need an amendment to enlarge the number of seats on the Supreme Court?

A respectful exchange between Mike Collins and this respected barrister focused mostly on reproductive rights but proceeded to a review of Dellinger’s career. His answers were involved and deliberative as one might expect from an active litigator. There were so many interesting questions Mike had no time to ask. I wish I could afford a ticket to his upcoming Planned Parenthood talk, and would hope for a question and answer period following. The manner can be dry but the subject matter riveting. It was terrific that Mike asked about the Senate seating of Roland Burris.
